Take one teaspoon (5 ml) a day, on its own or with food.

Or drizzle over finished dishes: eggs, potatoes, blinis, fish, salads. Add after cooking; do not heat or fry.

Ingredients: sturgeon caviar oil (fish), antioxidant (tocopherol).

Allergen: contains fish. Not suitable for vegetarians. Lactose and gluten free.

Caviar is about half water. We take the water out and keep the caviar, so gram for gram our oil and extracts are roughly twice as concentrated as caviar eaten from the tin.

Keep in the fridge after opening, like caviar, and away from direct sunlight. Best before: see bottle.

Made in the Netherlands from the yastyk of EU-farmed sturgeon. Our caviar oil is made by a process patented in Europe, the US and Japan (EP 3 291 682 · US 11,197,490 · JP 6496972).

Every lot is released only after an accredited laboratory has tested it: fatty-acid profile and freshness for the oil, microbiology for the extracts, and heavy metals and arsenic for all products. Each lot is traceable to the farms the roe came from.
