SEALED IN ACTIVE PACKAGING

Our caviar extracts are pure caviar with the water taken out, and dry caviar has one enemy: moisture. So we pack them in pharmaceutical-grade active jars. A moisture-absorbing lining is built into the jar wall, the wall keeps out light, and a tight chrome screw cap closes the jar between uses. The caviar stays dry, free-flowing and fresh to the last spoonful.

WHY A LINING, NOT A SACHET

Most jars rely on a loose desiccant sachet. Any moisture that gets in has to pass through the powder on its way to the sachet. In our jar the desiccant is part of the wall itself, so moisture is trapped in the wall before it can reach the caviar.

INSIDE THE JAR

Four layers of protection: a chrome screw cap that closes the jar tightly between uses, a wall that blocks light to protect the caviar's lipids from oxidation, an active lining of molecular-sieve desiccant moulded into the wall, and the dry interior they create together. Made from food-contact grade materials (EU 10/2011). Jar technology: CSP Technologies (Aptar) Screw Top Active Bottle. To keep it that way, close the lid after use and always use a dry spoon.
