QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
Every lot is tested by an accredited laboratory and linked back to its farm, from sturgeon farmed in the European Union. Nothing comes from wild fish or from Russia.
Sturgeon products need CITES permits to cross borders. We ship to the UK and EU, and internationally once permits are in place for your market.
