Caviar Clinic is a spin-out of Caviar Biotec, where a decade of proteomics and lipidomics mapped what the yastyk holds that the eggs alone do not.
From that work came our patented process. It separates the whole roe into a lipid fraction rich in phospholipids and sphingolipids, and soluble and insoluble protein fractions. Each is extracted, measured and kept apart, so every product carries a known profile.
PATENTS GRANTED
Our caviar oil is made by a process patented in Europe (EP 3 291 682), the United States (US 11,197,490) and Japan (JP 6496972). The patents protect the process and the oil. They do not cover our protein extracts.
