At Caviar Clinic, quality is at the heart of every product we make. The Caviar Veritas assurance is our promise of the authenticity, purity and quality of our caviar oil and caviar extracts.
AUTHENTICITY AND PURITY
Our caviar oil and caviar extracts are made only from the yastyk of sturgeon farmed in the European Union. Our sourcing is transparent and traceable, and every lot is tested to confirm that it is free from contaminants and fillers. The only thing added to our oil is vitamin E, to keep it fresh.
SCIENTIFIC RIGOUR AND QUALITY CONTROL
Every lot of our caviar oil and caviar extracts is traceable to its farm and tested by an accredited laboratory before it is released. Our caviar oil is made by a process patented in Europe, the US and Japan.
Our quality control combines in-house and independent laboratory testing, so every lot is consistent and safe. Every step, from extraction to packing, is carried out to strict standards of hygiene and precision.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
We follow national and international regulations for cosmetic and food products and for the trade in sturgeon products, including CITES. The Caviar Veritas assurance is also a commitment to ethical practice and to the protection of sturgeon species.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY
We use no wild sturgeon and nothing from Russia. We use the yastyk that remains once the caviar has been made, so no fish is farmed or killed for our products.
