Caviar Extract, Insoluble, Food Grade

Stir ½ teaspoon a day into yoghurt, porridge, a smoothie, nut butter or a dressing. It doesn't dissolve in water, so it is best in thicker foods.

If you bought a refill, pour it into your Caviar Clinic jar first.

Measured against commercial caviar, our yastyk extracts carry about three times the sphingomyelin, eight times the phytosphingosine-type sphingolipids and 25 to 50 times the collagen-matrix proteins.

Caviar is about half water. We take the water out and keep the caviar, so gram for gram our oil and extracts are roughly twice as concentrated as caviar eaten from the tin.

Keep cool and dry with the lid closed, and always use a dry spoon. Not the fridge: a cold jar opened in a warm room draws moisture onto the powder. Best before: see pack.

Made in the Netherlands from the yastyk of EU-farmed sturgeon. Our caviar oil is made by a process patented in Europe, the US and Japan (EP 3 291 682 · US 11,197,490 · JP 6496972).

Every lot is released only after an accredited laboratory has tested it: fatty-acid profile and freshness for the oil, microbiology for the extracts, and heavy metals and arsenic for all products. Each lot is traceable to the farms the roe came from.
